Our centre is a private facility and all of our professionals are registered. Our services are covered by extended health insurance plans, car insurance and Work Place Safety and Insurance Board. We also accept patients without insurance who are paying out of pocket. Our friendly administrative staff will take care of the paper work with the insurance companies so you don’t have to. We are set up for online/direct billing for those insurance plans that allow it. Check with your insurance provider if you need to register or sign up to allow for direct billing.

There is no OHIP coverage for Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy or Acupuncture at our centre. Unfortunately OHIP only covers physiotherapy for persons 19 and under, 65 and over, or those who have had surgery requiring an overnight stay, at designated OHIP centres. In some cases people covered under ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program) are covered for Custom Foot Orthotics and/or Orthopedic shoes provided by our Chiropodists. Our Registered Chiropodists can prescribe Custom Foot Orthotics , Orthopedic shoes, and Compression stockings in addition to foot-care treatments- no doctor referral is required for their services.

Physiotherapists, and Massage Therapists are autonomous practitioners- we don’t need a doctor’s referral to assess and treat you but some insurance providers may require one . Please call your insurance provider or check your benefits manual to determine if you require a referral to claim reimbursement.
