It looks like we are finally going to crack through the winter freeze and many of us are anxious to get out and get active. If you are starting a new activity and/or are recovering (or still suffering) from an injury its important that you choose an appropriate exercise or sport to avoid getting a new injury or aggravating a current or old one. We are all unique- each of us is built differently and have different areas of strength and weakness. Identifying problematic areas and addressing them is the key to staying healthy and active especially as we get on in life. Happy Spring to all and bring on the sunshine!
